In response to the Government’s recent developments of the UK COVID-19 restrictions, Lester Controls would like to reassure our lift and escalator customers that business operations from our Croydon, Lutterworth and Glasgow offices and manufacturing facilities will continue regularly, as of 5th January 2021.

Following essential hygiene and distancing standards outlined by the NHS, COVID-19 procedures will be reviewed and observed on a daily basis by our management team, to protect our staff, on-site customers and the general public.

On-site technical support will still be available, for any essential equipment that uses a Lester Controls controller.

Throughout this lockdown, we will continue to provide urgent support for our lift and escalator customers working in hospitals, vulnerable people homes and medical institutes. For other site visits, our team will carefully review these requests, to ensure the sites in question have a suitable Covid policy in place.

If there are any further changes to COVID restrictions, Lester Controls will take the appropriate steps and update our customers accordingly.
