Over the past months, as you will all be aware, supply chains have been stretched by unprecedented levels of shipping delays and semiconductor chip shortages. To date, we have been fortunate and have only experienced limited delays.

However, with global disruption to container shipping and pressures on our supply chains we are starting to see regular component supplies becoming irregular.

Whilst we are on top of it at the moment we cannot guarantee our suppliers are doing the same. Our “dual sourcing” policy is currently working but we’re starting to see cracks appearing which have not been evident before.

We will do our best to keep our Customers well informed of any delays but sometimes it is not bought to our attention early enough by our suppliers.

We will, of course, do everything in our power to avoid any delivery delays that may affect customer orders.
